Contactless payments are rapidly becoming a huge growth area as more technologies adopt this convenient method of payment for smaller transactions. This latest technology allows the end user to make their purchases by swiping their card, entering their PIN, or using an NFC-equipped device to tap or touch for contactless payment.  Such examples include credit and debit cards, Chip and PIN, Magstripe reader and more recently, Apple Pay or PayPal. The above can also include controlled Free Vend technology.
