Q: Do you provide your operatives with PPE?
A: Our operatives are provided with full PPE including face masks, gloves and hand gels as standard. We can accommodate any other items as your internal risk assessments require.
Q: What are TUPE regulations?
A: TUPE stands for the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations and its purpose is to protect an employees’ position should responsibility for their role transfer to a new supplier
Q: Does TUPE apply to me?
A: If you have an incumbent cleaning provider with existing operatives in place, TUPE rules will apply.
Q: What if my existing operations are underperforming?
A: Wilkes Cleaning specialise in retraining underperforming or problematic operatives. If they fail to meet our unique high standards, they will be performance managed appropriately. This often involves retraining.
