Since launching Wilkes Vending Services many years ago we have always strived for our Company to supply a first-class Automatic Vending Service, whether that be for a multi-national account or a small retail premises down the road.
Over the years we have witnessed the Company's growth at every step of the way. From humble beginnings in an old converted mill to our present day, purpose-built warehouse and state-of-the-art office complex, complete with in-house Call Centre and Showroom, displaying all the latest machines to potential and existing Clients.
We have enjoyed the various challenges and changes to which the Vending Industry has had to adapt over the years, so much so that we have never been as passionate about our being the No. 1 family owned Vending Company in the North of England, as we are today.
One change our Industry has had to adapt to is healthy eating. We feel it is vital for all aspects of our Nation's progress that food and drink be at least offered in a healthy fashion, whether this be through fast food outlets or when making choices at a snack bar at the local Sports Centre. With this in mind, we established Thirsty 4 Water in 2003, supplying both bottled and mains-fed style Water Coolers, throughout the UK.
Education is the key, and our Team are doing all we can to provide the necessary information to our Clients, both old and new.
Another change in recent years is coffee! A quality drink of coffee is, these days, essential. Thanks to the phenomenal success of several large Coffee Houses, our standards and expectations have increased massively. It is partly thanks to this that our aim of providing top quality Vending Solutions to our Clients, whilst allowing them to experience the highest level of Customer Service, has become more of a reality. Consumers no longer just want the cheapest option - quality products and fair trade are now vital aspects when choosing the perfect beverage.
