How we work
Before the first day of cleaning commences, our Contracts Manager will arrange a meeting at your premises to discuss your specific requirements. Following this visit, and with your approval and full co-operation, a structured commencement procedure programme will be put in place.
Once work begins, the Contracts Manager is fully responsible for the cleaning team for the duration of the contract, as well as implementing a dedicated client liaison programme including regular progress meetings, overseeing the quality monitoring system and looking after all your customer needs.
We are members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) and are continually improving our services by keeping up to date with changes in the industry.
All staff are fully uniformed and are it goes without saying that our entire team is fully vetted and insured, giving you total peace of mind.
