Customer Care

From the moment we undertake a project on your behalf, one of our Contracts Managers will be assigned to your business or organisation and will remain responsible not only for the team of cleaning professionals throughout the duration of the contract but will also liaise with you directly on a regular basis and take care of all your customer requirements.

Our customer care line is open from 8am - 5pm Mon Fri, answering service and emergency call out is available at all other times.
